  • Provide customer-centric design support across multiple product pillars, ensuring design system upkeep, usage guidance, and consultation. Foster cohesion across products to streamline efforts for designers and engineers. Own design documentation, operations, and cross-team coordination. Support teams with foundational thinking, facilitate key discussions, and respond to feedback to simplify and clarify processes.

  • My super power in this role is to join forces with other teams to find the best solutions for our customers that align with business needs and technical limitations. Often seen as the dot connector and scrappy problem solver with long term goals as a creative organizational leader.

  • Managed, consulted and owned Twitters largest marketing web design system, used by over 37 partners on internal and external websites. I also built two main products leveraging this system with cross functional teams while mentoring a variety of business and other design teams on good ux design thinking.

  • Solve complex design problems at scale, Figma, highly collaborative, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, open-minded, facilitate initiatives based on user feedback, accessibility, design documentation, clear verbal and written communication.

  • Overhaul of media.twitter.com, a 200+ page external facing website serving as an educational platform for content creators using Twitter products. The project was to rearchitect its backend, rethink user experience based on workflows and refresh the front end to align with accessibility best practices and new brand marketing visuals.

  • Adobe Experience Manager, UX, lead technical design, partner with brand marketing, asset production, partner with engineering, documentation, had hard conversations, set expectations for the project as far as timing and what’s feasible, stress testing and optimization.

  • Worked as sole designer for a local salesforce agency specializing in big box e-commerce clients. We proposed design vision along with realistic, incremental improvements that align with business and technical requirements.

  • UX, design thinking, mobile and responsive design, quick pivots, work with tight budgets, close collaboration with engineers and business stakeholders, offer short and long term solutions, clear communications and presentation skills.

  • As senior designer, I was hired to aid in a global site redesign on a responsive platform (AEM), optimize mobile capabilities, build out user experience, content integration and creative support of brand initiatives that contribute to the consumer journey, while progress is monitored via metrics and user testing.

  • Responsive design templates, partner with social, brand and global media teams, scale through process and documentation initiatives, email and affiliate marketing, digital optimization, fast and scrappy solutions.

  • Freelanced independently for a wide array of companies and agencies in retail, healthcare and tourism. Accomplished digital work during the day and practiced studio art at night.
